Genie Networks concluded a highly successful participation at CYBERSEC 2026, Taiwan’s largest cybersecurity event, where the company showcased how AI-powered traffic intelligence can strengthen both infrastructure security and telecom fraud investigation.
Throughout the three-day conference, Genie engaged with a broad audience of government officials, telecom operators, enterprises, and cybersecurity professionals through keynote presentations, live demonstrations, and in-depth technical discussions. The company’s presence attracted significant interest, particularly around its ability to turn large-scale network traffic data into actionable insights for security operations and investigative use cases.
A major highlight of this year’s event was Genie’s invitation to showcase in Cyber Taiwan Pavilion’s MIT (Made in Taiwan) Exhibition, an area dedicated to domestically developed technologies and brands with strategic relevance to Taiwan’s cybersecurity ecosystem. Organized with support from the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), the showcase featured selected Taiwanese vendors demonstrating technologies that contribute to the protection of critical infrastructure and national digital resilience.

At the showcase, Genie presented a live demonstration of its integrated GenieATM and GenieAnalytics platform. The solution combines carrier-grade traffic visibility, AI-driven anomaly detection, and OTT communication forensics to identify DDoS attacks, abnormal traffic behavior, and suspicious fraud-related communications in real time. The demonstration illustrated how network traffic intelligence can support both operational security and fraud investigation workflows for telecom operators and public-sector organizations.
In parallel with the exhibition, Genie delivered two speaking sessions. In the main conference program, the company presented “Beyond Signature-Based Detection: AI-Driven Anomalous Traffic Identification and Automated Mitigation,” highlighting how AI and machine learning enable a self-adaptive defense model that continuously learns and improves from evolving traffic patterns. Genie also shared use cases during the technical forum session on trusted supply chain cybersecurity, offering practical insights into operationalizing AI-driven traffic protection.

Genie was honored to welcome several distinguished guests to its booth, including the Executive Director of the Institute for Information Industry, and Secretary-General of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, as well as guided delegations composed of industry leaders and experts from across the global cybersecurity ecosystem.
With more than two decades of experience serving telecom operators, ISPs, government agencies, and enterprises worldwide, Genie Networks continues to advance its mission of helping organizations gain deeper visibility into network behavior, respond to threats faster, and build more resilient digital infrastructure.
